Refund Policy

Testinel subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial use, unused time, downgrades, or early termination of a subscription. Once access to the service is granted, the value of the service is considered delivered.

If you experience technical issues that materially prevent you from using Testinel as intended, you are encouraged to contact support promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue, but resolution does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

In the event of accidental duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us, we will issue an appropriate correction or refund.

Testinel reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will be published on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
